A communication scholar from North Carolina A&T University will discuss issues of power, race, class and gender and their impact on how we react and respond to messages at this year's Wesleyan Communication Association/Lambda Pi Eta Honorary lecture on March 4.

One of the United States’ most distinguished ambassadors will deliver Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Curtis Lecture on Public Leadership on February 25th.

Steven Pinker, one of the world’s foremost writers on language, mind and human nature, will present Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Clifford Fawl Psychology Lecture on Thursday, March 22.

A Bowling Green State University professor who examines how people communicate and cope with prejudice and discrimination will deliver a lecture at Nebraska Wesleyan University on Monday, March 19.

Herndon will share her research and experiences during the Faculty Scholarship Presentation on Wednesday, January 24 at 6 p.m. The annual presentation highlights the scholarship of SMÂÛ̳ faculty.

Two long-time SMÂÛ̳ professors will return to campus on Thursday, November 2, to deliver the annual William C. Kloefkorn Nebraska Writers Series lecture.

The free lecture begins at 7:30 p.m. in Prairie Wolf A&B, located on the lower level of Story Student Center.
